Looking for a tour with options for Anime sites for 16 year

My daughter is a huge Anime fan. The two of us are planning a trip to Japan next March. I am looking for advice on a tour that will give us a good overview of the country but still leave room for some time visitng sites of interest to an Anime fan. PLUS be suitable for me (49) and my daughter (16). Any suggestions on paricular tours or sites that we should be sure to see?

Thanks!

This is not a tour. But did you check the site of an Anime event?

Tokyo International Anime Fair 2009; held on March 20 %26amp; 21; at Tokyo Big Site (a convention center in Odaiba area); addmission ticket prices are 1,000 yen/adult and 500 yen/high school student

this would be perfect! my 11 year old loved it

Thanks everyone. Some great suggestions.

I think the timing of Tokyo Anime Fair is too good to pass up, if your daughter is a fan. I planned my trip not realizing this was going to be happening while I was there, so I%26#39;m going to give it a visit on Saturday. It%26#39;s not expensive and doesn%26#39;t require a long journey, so why not?

How about this:

supergeo,

As you might know, Ghibli Museum in Mitaka shouldn’t be missed if your daughter is an Anime fan. If you haven’t seen their website, please see

Don’t forget to buy tickets in advance (via JTB in Canada) if your schedules are fixed. Please see
