Luggage lockers at Keihan Sanjo station?

I posted a smilar question for Kawaramchi station earlier. But now it looks like we will be taking the Keihan train from Osaka to Kyoto instead, as it is only 1 subway stop from our final destination.

We will be coming in early to start sightseeing in Kyoto, but too early to check-in. Are there coin lockers at Keihan Sanjo station? We travel light -only carry on size lugguage each person. The lockers are big enough?

Thanks in advance.

Yes. There are many lockers at Keihan Sanjo.

There are some large size coin lockers at Keihan Sanjo, but I recommend heading straight to your hotel. Even if it%26#39;s too early to check you in, they%26#39;ll keep your luggage for you (unless it%26#39;s a cheap youth hostel.)

Thanks for the info.

We are not staying at a hotel, but at a machiya- a private rental. If we arrive too early, previous guests are still there. And we don%26#39;t want to miss half a day sightseeing in Kyoto. Although we could sight see in Osaka that morning, but we decide to save that for our last day, as we are staying one night there before our morning flight back home the next day.

Oh, I see. I hope you have a great stay in a machiya in Kyoto.
