I%26#39;m not sure about dedicated anime shops, but there%26#39;s a good selection on one of the many floors at %26#39;Bic Camera%26#39; in the Namba area of Osaka and you could also try the large bookstores such as Junkudo in Namba, Umeda and elsewhere. As well as stocking vast quantities of manga, they have DVDs and a small amount of related anime merchandise.
