First time in Okinawa

Hi, I will be attending a wedding ceremony with some friends in Okinawa mid April and would like tour around the beautiful islands. I am not a water sport person, so only plan to spend one day at the beach and rest of the time do some cultural visit, island hopping etc. Am thinking about a 5 - 6 day visit. Any suggested itinerary and places to recommend?

Also, I will be staying at the Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel for 2 nights by joining a package tour, and plan to move to a hotel in Naba area or is it better to stay at the Rizzan area? Also, rent a car or public transportaion? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

First time in Okinawa

if you stay there 5days or so, better have a car for moving around. Okinawa is quite big if moving around by bus/public transportation.

recommend you to visit an Aquarium.

you suppose to stay at Naha or Nago after Rizan? Rizan is big and nice hotel at Onna village where is kinda middlke of main island. Staying in Naha city makes you more convenient to visit southern area or another small islands (Kerama islands)by ferry.
