New York Grill

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has eaten at the New York Grill, in the Park Hyatt hotel even if they have not stayed at this hotel?

Just i love the movie Lost in Translation and it would be cool to eat here

Whats the food like and how much does this cost?

Also, do you need reservations? if so how do you do this, can you just pop in the hotel and ask or should you phone?

Thanks for your help...

recommend the reservation in advance by phone, e-mail or fax. you can also ask the concierge at your hotel to make reservation as you are in Tokyo.

Dinner is from 11,00 yen+ or A la Cart menu.

thanks for the replies

Isnt there someone that can provide more specific info? I too am interested in going here. The night scenery ( which I too saw in the movie) appear to be spectacular.

I%26#39;ve been to the adjacent New York Bar, and the views at night are great. A Japanese beer is about 1100 yen. Small dishes like sallads and their duck fried french fries is about 1500-2500 yen. There%26#39;s also a seating charge after 8 p.m. of 2000 yen p/p. Sorry for not properly answering the original poster.

That sounds perfect. Have a drink or two, a little snack and enjoy the view without spending a couple hundred dollars.

How were people dressed?

Very casual actually, of course some visitors were very dressed up, but most people had a shirt on. I even saw a few wearing jeans and regular sweatshirts.

Thanks for the information. I guess there are a million places to visit in Tokyo, but this does seem like a jewel at night.
