Tateyama Alpina Route -> Shinano Omachi - Car Rental?

Hi,

We%26#39;re crossing the Tateyama Alpine route from Toyama side in June and I believe this ends in Shinano Omachi?

I%26#39;ve checked tocoo and Toyota but they do not seem to have any car rental places there.. Has anyone had any experience renting a car at the eastern end of the route?
